AppKIDS Hygiene & Snack Food Drive Starts Tomorrow!

On Friday, 11/30/18, Staff Senate's AppKIDS subcommittee will lead a special shopping day for 100 financially disadvantaged, school-aged children in grades K-12. In addition to a one-on-one shopping trip for winter clothing, every child receives a tote bag full of hygiene and healthy snack food items.  We need your help collecting hygiene and snack food items for these kids. 

From September 26 until October 31 we'll be collecting any and all quantities of hygiene items and individual portions of healthy snack items with a special request for goldfish crackers, fig newtons, granola bars, pretzels, and peanut butter crackers. 
Boxes to collect supplies can be found in most buildings on campus; see our list of locations below. For assistance in finding the box nearest you, or if you'd like to host a box, contact Heidi Tait, AppKIDS subcommittee member, at x7677 or
