The Counseling Center is open this summer and services are available for enrolled students.
To get started, students may walk in for an Initial Consultation: Mon-Fri 8:30-11:00 A.M. and 1:00-4:00 P.M. Please note: These hours may vary slightly during different weeks of the summer. Please contact us at 828-262-3180 for our current schedule and to verify availability.
We also offer consultations for faculty, staff, and students on how to help students in distress. We are located in the Miles Annas Building and can be reached by phone at 828-262-3180.

Some students might find their needs are met through the use of self-help resources for mental health. Visit https://counseling.appstate.edu/pagesmith/432 for up-to-date suggestions on videos, apps, books, and websites that can be helpful for a range of concerns that college students may face, including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
