De-Stress with Mindfulness Classes

Feeling stressed? So are your students. Wellness and Prevention Services is here to help them! Encourage them to sign up for Koru Mindfulness classes. These classes help students feel less stressed, get better sleep, improve focus and have less self-judgment. Well-rested, less-stressed students are sure to do better work for you, so share these classes with them. Classes are open to undergraduate and graduate students.


SPRING 2021 KORU MINDFULNESS CLASS SCHEDULELearn 10 skills to help you feel less stressed, get better sleep, improve your focus and experience less self-judgement. No powerpoints. Skill-based and interactive. 

These classes are live online class. Sessions will not be recorded - you must attend live. Once you register, expect an email one or two days before class begins with further instructions on how to join the Zoom room.
