Food and Film in the High Country: Short Documentary Series

Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Jimmy Smith Dining Room, Roess Dining Hall.

A screening of three short documentaries created by Master's students in the Appalachian Studies Program at Appalachian will be shown.  The documentaries will focus on food-related issues in the High Country, including beekeeping, F.A.R.M. Cafe, and a nineteenth-century water-powered mill in Meat Camp. This session will be lead by Jessica Martell and Zack Vernon.
