Registration for the Inclusive Leadership Retreat, open to all staff, faculty, and students, is now open!
The Retreat is focused on sharing Sustained Dialogue principles and the Dialogue to Action process to help participants gain skills in active listening and inclusive language. Professionals from the Sustained Dialogue Institute will hold a workshop that will prepare participants with tools to facilitate dialogue in conflict situations, skills for engaging in dialogue about social identities, and more. Participants will also leave certified to moderate Sustained Dialogue circles and one-time dialogue events, as well as many other types of conversations and interactions with students.
The retreat will be taking place from October 26-28th in the Student Union. It is FREE and meals are included.
