Join us to explore the current state of Eldercare from multi-disciplinary voices. We will begin to identify the benefits of a trans-disciplinary approach for the future in caring for our elderly.
Objectives:
1. Increase awareness of the current state of eldercare from a multi-discipline
perspective.
2. Explore how each discipline provides care that leads to the highest level
of individual well-being.
2. Consider how trans-disciplinary solutions and actions could be or are
beneficial to the patient (resident), their family or the staff.
