Have you been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD? Would you like to learn new skills and be part of a group of students facing some of the same challenges you do each and every day? Would you like to improve your organizational and time management skills? If your answer to these questions is “yes,” we invite you to participate.
You will learn:
- More about ADHD
- How to prioritize your activities
- How to get organized
- How to motivate yourself
- Study skills and strategies
This 8-week program for students who have been diagnosed with ADHD will be offered through the ASU Psychology Clinic.
The group will meet from 5:15-6:45pm on Thursdays beginning after Spring Break, on March 15, 2018. One initial screening session will be scheduled individually prior to March 15.
The groups will be led by a Psychology Department professor (Will Canu) and Masters students in clinical psychology. Each participant will also have some individual meetings with a graduate student.
