Join Wellness and Prevention Services on Sunday for an afternoon of relaxing meditation practices. Why meditate? Because it can help you feel less stressed, get better sleep, increase focus and concentration, build resilience, be more present in daily life and experience more joy. You will be led through 6 very different meditation techniques, so you are sure to leave with a few that you like. After we meditate together, a student panel will answer your questions about how they use these techniques in their every day lives.
