Significant Changes to Transcript Ordering Process

Please note significant changes to our transcript ordering process for current and former students.

It has been a long project but we are set to go live with electronic transcript delivery tomorrow, February 20, 2019! This is a great milestone in this day and time and one that our students have been requesting for a while. We are happy that the time has come to offer this service to our students using the National Student Clearinghouse. On February 20, you will notice a website shift for our office describing the new process and requirements as well as a video resource that walks students through the new process should they choose to reference it.  A few of the key changes we want to make you aware of are:

1) A fee increase - the base fee for transcripts will increase to $7.25; the maximum fee per transcript will be $8.25 for third party electronic delivery.
2) All orders will be placed online through the National Student Clearinghouse secure portal. Current students will be able to access it through AppalNet. There will not be any paper form or faxing option for transcripts.

3) Students must use a credit or debit card for payment. No cash or checks. 4) Ability to receive updates on their order via email and text as well as track their order. Please know that current students have been notified over the past several weeks of these changes and given many more details to help with this transition. We simply wanted to share this change with each of you as well.

As always, if you have questions, please contact our office and we will gladly assist you. Thank you!Debbie
