Summer Koru Mindfulness Classes

Wellness and Prevention Services is offering three Koru Mindfulness classes during the month of June. Classes start next week and are limited to 12 people per class, so don't wait to register. Summer Koru Mindfulness classes are open to all faculty and staff, and also all students (even those students not enrolled in summer classes). Koru Mindfulness is a 4-week course where participants learn mindfulness and meditation skills. Through this curriculum, taught by certified Koru Mindfulness instructors, you may experience less stress, better sleep, increased focus and less self-judgement. *Summer classes are open to recently graduated students, currently enrolled students and students who are enrolled in Fall 2019 classes. Students can be undergraduate or graduate students. Summer classes are also open to faculty and staff.*
