This summer, Kimberly Bowman participated in the Summer I faculty-led course traveling to study “Flora and Fauna of Australasia.” On this trip, we spent a total of twenty-five days travelling in New Zealand and Australia. One of the highlights was snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef for two days, where they stayed overnight on a boat. Kimberly shared, "Visiting both of these countries greatly increased my understanding and awareness of biology, and I am incredibly grateful to The Honors College for their support in making this trip possible for me."
