Honors Faculty member, Professor, and Medieval Historian, Dr. Mary Valante, spent time in May at the School of Celtic Studies library in Dublin working on research studying unwanted and abandoned children in early medieval Ireland. She also spent time at the Experimental Archaeology Centre at University College Dublin, a center for graduate-level (mostly Ph.D.) study in experimental archaeology.
