In total she traveled for twelve days spending most of her time in the city of Ayacucho where she worked alongside an indigenous Quechua and Spanish speaking community. She also traveled to Lima, Huanta, and Cusco where she visited Machu Picchu. Jessica shared that, “this trip was amazing because I was able to experience a different culture, meet and build relationships with new people, and give back... I also had the chance to try many Peruvian foods and to practice my Spanish…”
