Reconstructing Phylygeographic History of Sea Oats

Uniola paniculata (Poaceae), or sea oats, is a coastal grass associated with sandy dunes. The distribution of this species ranges from Virginia south to the Florida Keys, throughout the Gulf of Mexico coastline, as well as the Bahamas and parts of Cuba. We reconstructed the phylogeographic history of this dune grass using variation in chloroplast DNA sequences. Using three primer pairs, we identified four variable sites. Since the 1980's the Financial Accounting Standards Board has significantly increased the number of fair value accounting standards, leading to an immense increase if fair value reporting. The most recent of which, SFAS 157 Fair Value Measurements, has been plagued witq controversy since its inception in 2006. This paper provides a brief history of fair value reporting and describes the provisions of the statement.

There are several aspects of my thesis that I would like to discuss in addition to providing a brief description of erasure poetry. This overview will give the reader an understanding of both how erasure poetry works and why it is so unique, and in doing so will make my thesis more understandable. After this overview I am going to detail some of the difficulties of this thesis, the solutions, the occasional unexpected results, and most importantly its purpose as a whole.
